Kensi
Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator
Welcome to Jennings Orthodontics! My name is Kensi and we’ll meet during your first visit, since I will coordinate your treatment. I’ll be here as you get started with changing your smile and am always happy to answer questions. In addition to being our treatment coordinator, I handle the business aspects of our practice. I tend to be busy, but I’m never too busy to catch up on your latest news — or to admire how your new smile is shaping up.
Jennings Orthodontics has the best staff and doctor around. We are a family and are dedicated to providing you with the best treatment to deliver your healthiest, most beautiful smile!
Outside the office, you’ll usually find me with my wonderful family. My husband, Derek Belt, and I married in 2006. We now have two sons, Brody and Cooper, and I am a baseball mom to the core — or any other sport for that matter. Weekends are spent at a ball field of one kind or another; I’m usually in the stands, cheering for the Belt boys.

Receptionist
Hello and welcome! My name is Charla and there’s a good chance it will be me who answers the phone when you call Jennings Orthodontics. I work at our front desk, where I greet and check in patients, accept payments, schedule appointments, and file insurance paperwork. Getting to know our families and patients, and seeing beautiful smiles appear, are the best parts of my job!
Dr. Jennings and the rest of the team are just the best people. We are like family and think of our patients the same way. We are here for you and are excited to help you achieve a great smile!
My family is my life. I have three adult children: Wesley, Ashley, and Abbey. Wesley is special needs and lives with me. Ashley and Abbey are both married with families of their own, and now I have five incredible grandchildren: Lexi, Jaxson, Kruz, Greyson, and Gentry. I love spending time with them.
Sara Beth
Front Desk
Hi and welcome! My name is Sara and we’ll first meet when you contact Jennings Orthodontics. Working at our front desk, I answer the phones, schedule appointments, and greet and check in patients and families when they arrive. I love getting to know everyone and seeing how each person changes as they get their new smile.
Working with Dr. Jennings and my coworkers is amazing. They always treat everyone with love and respect, and are really devoted to making people’s treatment enjoyable!
When I go home, it’s to spend time with my husband, Payne, and our two handsome sons, Emmett James and Anson Wayne. We love being together, and with our family and friends. When we aren’t playing with our boys, Payne and I love to throw darts and attend dart competitions.
Amy
Orthodontic Assistant and Team Leader
Welcome to Jennings Orthodontics! I’m Amy and I spend the day in the clinic, where I assist Dr. Jennings as he creates amazing smiles. I take X-rays and impressions, offer coronal polishing, place palatal expanders and other appliances, and assist the doctor with placing brackets. Best of all, I help with debonds so I get to see each new smile!
I love being part of this amazing office. Dr. Jennings is the best orthodontist and he really cares about our patients. My coworkers are incredible, too, and we all work as a team to give you the best care and a beautiful smile!
When I’m not in the office, I love spending time and making memories with family. My husband’s name is Greg, daughters are Jessica and Sara Beth, and Adam is my stepson. Grandchildren include Emmett, Anson, Hadley, Harper, Jane Logan, and John Adam. And I have a dog, Chloe Belle, too. I love the outdoors, landscaping, and beach vacations.

Hello and welcome to Jennings Orthodontics! My name is Debbie and we’ll spend time together during your appointments. I provide patient care and chairside assistance, along with taking X-rays, handling sterilization, and managing our supplies. As a people person, I am excited to learn who you are and share in your life during this special time.
I promise you’ll enjoy being part of our family: Dr. Jennings is caring and skilled, always doing what is best for each patient, and our team is warm and friendly. We all look forward to getting to know you as you achieve a beautifully healthy smile!
Being with family is my priority when I’m not at work. My husband and I have been married for almost 40 years. We have two daughters, plus a granddaughter and a grandson who have nicknamed me “Mop.” I love to vacation, especially to the beach, and to cook and share with others — I’m known for my homemade bread.
Emily
Orthodontic Assistant
Welcome to Jennings Orthodontics! I’m Emily and I’ll have the pleasure of helping you during your treatment. I help with sterilization, take X-rays, assist Dr. Jennings with different procedures, and provide direct patient care. I love that I get to work with our amazing patients and look forward to being part of your time at our office.
Dr. Jennings takes care of his staff and his patients, always doing what is right for people. The same is true for our staff, too. We check in on each other and with our patients, so we’re always providing you with the best care!
My extra time is spent with my boyfriend, Tye, and our family and friends. Tye and I have two dogs, Gaston and Belle, who take us on many adventures.
Whitney
Orthodontic Assistant
Hi and welcome! My name is Whitney and I look forward to being part of your experience here at Jennings Orthodontics. We will meet in the clinic, where I take impressions and X-rays, and assist Dr. Jennings with procedures, including placing brackets and — my favorite — debonds. I love seeing people gain confidence as their smile changes and can’t wait to see how happy you are with your new smile!

My free time is spent with my husband Tyler, son Gavin, and our cat, Dewie. We enjoy camping, kayaking, and cheering on our Louisville Cardinals from our home in Madisonville.

Hi! I’m Brooke and I am one of Dr. Jennings’s orthodontic assistants. In addition to taking X-rays and handling sterilization, I provide patient care and assist Dr. Jennings as he changes smiles. Watching people become happier and more confident during treatment is amazing. I can’t wait to wait to meet you and see how your new smile changes your life!
Dr. Jennings and my coworkers are amazing professionals and the kindest, most helpful people. We all get along and band together to give you a wonderful experience and a healthy, beautiful smile!
Much of my free time is spent with my boyfriend, Logan. We enjoy taking my dog, Copper, on adventures. I also enjoy spending time with my niece and nephew.
